To tired to think straight. .

Last week, I set up my blog with the help of a friend. It seemed easy enough as we went through the steps. But last night, when I got on to say hi to all who had visited my blog, I could not for the life of me figure out why I could not post anything or respond to anyone's post. It did not look right and it was to late to call my friend (mommyofthree) and ask her what I was doing wrong. I was so tired and sat back in my chair thinking I should just go to bed but was thinking about this week. I realized that in the last 2 weeks, I had agreed to teach Awanas at church, enrolled 2 of my sons in soccer, and got conned into coaching the youngest ones team which means 2 to 4 soccer practices a week plus 2 games each Saturday. Why can't I just say NO!! For those of you who did not read my Thursday Thirteen last week, I am a working mom (Special Education teacher), mother of 5, my husband is disabled and unable to help much or drive, and I babysit after school trying to make extra money. I feel like the boys are missing out due to time and financial constraints and it drives me to do things that I know some day I will be glad I did while they are young. However, choosing not to sleep this decade and working 2 jobs plus their activities is about to kick my butt. My eyes are burning! It is 9:00 and I am not THAT old but I just want to go to bed!!! At any rate, I figured out what I did wrong last night. I FORGOT TO LOG IN!!!! Good grief. For those mothers out there that read this and understand exactly how this feels, just keep telling yourself that all too soon they will be grown and we will be alone and wishing for these days all over again. Or so I have been told. Kinda hard to believe some days huh.
